I went to Target the other day to check out the maxi skirts on sale. Well, the fabric and the craftsmanship was terrible, so I whipped up this one and I love it. I'm also making the top that goes with this pattern out of the leftover fabric, I just need to find coordinating fabric for the back and side.

This is my go-to pattern whenever I need a longer skirt without using too much fabric.

The fabric of the scarf and the dress ended up matching perfectly. The dress fabric was from the Minneapolis Sewing Expo a few years ago when Vogue Fabrics brought all their goodies. The scarf is a magnet for anything greasy, it's in the wash right now!
